At DS Derma Solution, we strive to provide the highest quality skincare, haircare, and wellness products, as well as professional clinic treatments. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be processed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our customers.


1. Product Returns (Online Orders)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:

    • Unused and unopened

    • In their original packaging

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare, or wellness products unless they are faulty.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at dsdermasolution@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing:

    • Order number

    • Photo/video proof of the issue

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the product to our return address at your own expense (unless the error is from our side).


3. Refunds (Products)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.


4. Clinic Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance without charges.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be provided only if the service has not been availed and cancellation terms are met.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Discounted/clearance sale items

  • Personalized treatment packages once sessions have started
