Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Clinic appointment bookings are confirmed separately and are not covered by this policy.
We ship products via reliable courier services such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, or other trusted partners.
Standard Shipping – 4–7 business days.
Express Shipping – 1–3 business days (where available).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or for orders above a specified amount.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.
Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.
Currently, we only ship within India. For special bulk orders outside India, please contact us directly.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.
